TASKS:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
- Participate in the creation of engaging marketing content for our various communication channels (blogs, social media, newsletters, etc.)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to develop consistent and impactful marketing materials
- Assist in organizing and promoting marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare analytical reports for the Marketing Manager
- Participate in the management and optimization of marketing and CRM tools
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good knowledge of marketing techniques and tools, especially in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines and objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Analytical, synthetic, and creative thinking to propose innovative ideas and solve problems
- Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit to work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing, communication, or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing assistant, marketing officer, or similar role
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and new technologies
- Sense of organization and priority management to successfully complete projects
