Customer Relationship Officer

TASKS:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing clear, accurate, and tailored information to their needs
  • Identify customer issues and concerns and propose quick and efficient solutions to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex issues and provide appropriate support to customers
  • Ensure regular follow-up of customer requests and complaints to guarantee a swift and complete resolution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and tools by providing suggestions and feedback
  • Contribute to customer retention by offering personalized service and anticipating their future needs
  • Sharp listening skills and ability to quickly understand clients' needs


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
  • Sharp listening skills and ability to quickly understand clients' needs
  • Ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and support software
  • In-depth knowledge of Nindohost's products and services
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of requests while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Team spirit and commitment to continuous improvement


DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Associate's degree (or higher) in commerce, marketing, communication, or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a customer relationship manager, customer advisor, or in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy towards clients
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new tasks and responsibilities
  • Customer-oriented approach and commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
