What is the Nindohost affiliate program?

The Nindohost affiliate program is an accessible program that allows you to earn money by referring new customers to Nindohost.

Nindohost affiliates use text links containing a unique identifier or banners (which we provide) to attract new customers. Each time one of your links generates a qualified sale, Nindohost pays you a commission.

How do I join the Nindohost affiliate program?

Signing up is very simple and will only take a few minutes. You need to submit your application through the registration form.

All affiliate applicants must provide:

Valid contact information;
Affiliate website or YouTube channel or profile on one of the social networks;
Information about your affiliate activity;

Usually, the review process takes up to 3 business days.

What is the application approval process?

We manually review all affiliate applications. We verify your application details, your website content, YouTube channel, or other social media accounts. The process can take up to 3 business days before you receive feedback from us.

What is a tracking link?

A tracking link, also known as an affiliate link, is a special URL that helps us identify that a particular referral comes from you. Nindohost uses this mechanism to determine the origin of conversions. Specifically, the tracking link can:

Recognize where the user comes from;
Check if they made a purchase or not;
Validate the conversion and commission.

You can access all marketing resources directly from your affiliate dashboard after activating your account.

How are my sales tracked?

We track sales by following affiliate links and cookies. When a user clicks on your tracking link, we place cookies in their browser that help us recognize if the sale comes from a previously referred user.

How long does an affiliate cookie last?

Affiliate cookies are stored for 60 days. However, if a previous affiliate's cookie is already placed in the same user's browser, it will be replaced by the new cookie. Nindohost is not responsible for cookies intentionally deleted by the user.

For which type of sales will I be paid?

We pay commissions for all our services.

Where can I find my earnings?

On your affiliate dashboard, you can see all your clicks and commissions.

To review all conversions made, go to "Reports" then "Conversions", and you will find all the conversions you have referred since joining the program.

What are the payment terms?

Commission payments are issued under the following conditions:

The minimum payment is $100;
Only commissions older than 30 days are paid;
Invoices are generated at the beginning of the following month, and payments are made between the 15th and 20th of each month.
To receive your payment, you must send a request to affiliation@nindohost.com with your affiliate ID and bank account information by the end of the month. Payment is made by bank transfer;
