TASKS:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing clear, accurate, and tailored information to their needs
- Identify customer issues and concerns and propose quick and efficient solutions to ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex issues and provide appropriate support to customers
- Ensure regular follow-up of customer requests and complaints to guarantee a swift and complete resolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and tools by providing suggestions and feedback
- Contribute to customer retention by offering personalized service and anticipating their future needs

REQUIRED SKILLS:

DESIRED PROFILE:
- Associate's degree (or higher) in commerce, marketing, communication, or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a customer relationship manager, customer advisor, or in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy towards clients
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to new tasks and responsibilities
