TASKS:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensure follow-up of administrative files, contracts, and invoices
- Participate in the preparation and drafting of documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal and external events
- Assist the team in various administrative and logistical tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and updating of information
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Sense of organization and attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Associate's degree (or higher) in management, administration, or equivalent
